// The first day!//
Okay so today is my first day of my weight loss journey! Yay, sort of!
I’m starting off mildly because I know my body and it will go crazy if i diet and exercise too much right away. I will be keeping a food journal and an activity log to help me get where i want to be!
Goal weight- not even going to focus on that number because it will never be WHAT I WANT IT TO BE since i’m tall and big boned.
Goal size- 8
Current size- 14 (on a good day a 12)
I will try and post every day so that maybe this experience will help me get through the rough days :)
